How do I wash and dry my crochet and/or denim items?
- For Crochet: Read ALL product details under the item you are purchasing. Most accessories such as hats and bags are made from 100% acrylic or a mix between acrylic and cotton. If it's 100% acrylic, it would be best to hand wash or spot clean. DO NOT PUT CROCHET CLOTHES IN WASH WITH OTHER ITEMS. ALL CROCHET PIECES SHOULD BE AIR DRYED.
- For Denim: Read ALL product details under the item you are purchasing. Denim is a strong, durable material. However, depending on the design(s) of your piece, it may be best to spot clean. For MOST denim pieces, flip the piece inside out before putting it in the wash. If drying in a machine, dry on a WARM setting. Anything higher may cause damage to the design of your denim piece.
*We are not liable for any washing or drying damages to any pieces purchased from us.
How do I measure myself to get the right fit for my piece(s)?
- Typically, when you are placing a custom order, we utilize the details you entered to get the right fit. When in doubt, BE SPECIFIC. Enter in as much information about your size that you may know. The more detail the better.
- Regarding non-clothing pieces, such as hats or ski masks, they are made specific to the average adult head, with a stretchy material. If you are still worried about the fit, please contact us through our website and INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, so we can help assist you at a quicker rate.
How is the price of a piece determined?
All prices of pieces (crochet or denim) are decided in 3 ways:
- The cost of materials
- How many yards are used to create a piece
- The complexity of the piece
These three methods are calculated together to present to you the final sale price.
***Please remember: ALL PIECES ARE MADE BY HAND AND ARE 1-OF-1. Please be mindful of the time spent to make each and every piece. Thank You!
When should I expect my order?
- Processing: Please allow at least 1 week for your order to be processed and made. For custom orders, please allow at least 2 weeks for order to be made and processed.
PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY WHEN PLACING A CUSTOM ORDER FOR A SPECIFIC DEADLINE!
- Shipping: All products will be shipped out between Wednesday-Friday of every week. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as possible. If for any reason you receive the wrong package, please contact us on our website. For any stolen or missing packages, we are not liable for these losses. However, you may contact us through our website or Instagram page and we may assist you in finding a suitable solution.
Do you accept returns?
At the moment, we are NOT accepting returns.
- If you purchased the wrong size, please refer to our contact page for assistance.
- If you have made a CUSTOM order, you are granted ONE FREE ALTERATION to your piece. Any other changes will result in an additional charge, beginning at $20. Please contact us through our website or the Instagram page for assistance on a custom other.
